RISK MANAGEMENT
Continually assess the risks associated with our activities and manage this risk to ensure a high level of protection for employees, contractors, customers, interested parties and the environment.

POLICY AND DOCUMENTATION
Maintain and review documented policy and communicated to all staff and interested parties.

INCIDENT PREVENTION
Promoting ‘KYT’ – Prediction Hazard Training, HIRARC and plant inspection as major tools of ensuring good safety, health and environment practice. To promote ‘Zero Lost Time Injury’ to all staff as well as visitors, contractors and all relevant person who enters MEM premises.

POLUTION CONTROL AND ENERGY CONSERVATION
To prevent environmental pollution, ROHS and REACH compliance and energy conservation within the constraint of commercial and legislative requirements.

TRAINING
To provide all employees with continual information, guidance and trainings as to ensure that they understand their responsibilities and contribution they can make towards Safety, Health and Environmental concerns.
